At U.S. Duty Gear, we stand behind the quality of our holsters. Every product is manufactured in California under strict quality controls to ensure durability, performance, and safety.
We offer a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
U.S. DUTY GEAR will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product that is found to be defective to ordinary wear and tear, lack of proper maintenance, misuse of the product, employment outside of their areas of intended use or failure to follow the instructions and warnings contained.
Replacements must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order, we do not accept returns older than that.
Warranty Claim Process

- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from U.S. Duty Gear.
- Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Ship the product to our facility for inspection.
If the product is determined to be defective, U.S. Duty Gear will repair or replace it, or issue a refund.

Limitations
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by U.S. Duty Gear.
- It does not extend beyond the terms stated herein.
- It does not cover consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
- Some states do not allow limitations on such damages, so these exclusions may not apply.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
Shipping, Lead times, and Returns
Return Policy
This policy only applies to products purchased directly from U.S. DUTY GEAR.
If you purchased your item from a dealer, please contact that dealer. For Warranty Returns, visit the Warranty page.
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order, we do not accept returns older than that. Items must be returned new in packaging unused de-void of wear, within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping and Lead times
There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All orders are made per order. The usual lead times are 7-15 business days (unless selected expedite production time with extra charge. Lead time of 2-4 business days) + the shipping time period of your choice. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
